How it works
We review the questionnaire and project requirements to understand the survey structure, logic, screening criteria, quotas and other programming needs before the build begins.
Our team programs the questionnaire based on the approved specifications, including skip logic, piping, randomization, quotas and other study-specific requirements.
We test the programmed survey for routing, logic, question display and overall respondent experience, then provide a test link for client review before launch.
Once testing and client review are complete, we finalize the survey and prepare it for fieldwork.
If we are also managing fieldwork, our team monitors the survey throughout data collection and addresses programming issues as needed. At the close of fieldwork, data can be prepared and delivered based on the agreed project scope.
