The Workforce Confidence Survey
Understanding workforce confidence in a changing business environment
How confident are today’s professionals about their jobs, their industries and their futures? What concerns are shaping their outlook, and how are those perspectives changing over time?
The Workforce Confidence Survey is an ongoing research initiative conducted by myCLEARopinion Insights Hub in partnership with RONIN International. Through recurring surveys of U.S. professionals across a range of industries, the research examines workforce sentiment, confidence in leadership and institutions, economic expectations and the challenges influencing today’s workforce.
Rather than capturing attitudes at a single point in time, the study tracks changes across successive research waves, providing a deeper understanding of how professionals are responding to evolving economic conditions, workplace expectations, emerging technologies and industry challenges.

Why it matters
Why tracking workforce confidence matters
Workforce attitudes don’t remain static, and the factors influencing confidence can change considerably over time.
By conducting research on a recurring basis, the Workforce Confidence Survey helps identify emerging trends, shifts in sentiment and changes in the issues professionals consider most important.
Consistent measures across research waves allow us to examine how confidence evolves, while open-ended feedback provides additional context around the experiences and concerns behind the numbers.
Together, these findings offer employers, industry leaders and other stakeholders valuable insight into the perspectives of the professionals who make up today’s workforce.
