- Where confidence is growing or falling
- How trust in institutions shifts
- Whether career mobility is increasing or slowing
- What new challenges are emerging
These insights help create a clearer, data-driven picture of the workforce — insights that can guide businesses, industry leaders, and policymakers.
Who Took Part:
- Over 1,000 professionals from 20+ industries across the U.S. shared their perspectives, from skilled trades and manufacturing to healthcare, technology, and professional services. Most respondents hold leadership or management roles, providing a decision-maker’s view of the workforce landscape.

- We’ll continue to track these perspectives in future waves, watching for shifts in who’s taking part and what they have to say.
